- Design and construct replacement of ‘Marina 1’ utilizing existing approvals, pontoon and pile footprints. Full replacement of pontoon system, gangways and componentry. Replacement or modification of existing piles as required.
- Design and construct ‘Marina 1’ – New 108-berth marina including new sheet pile wall for land reclamation.
- Various marina arm extensions and modifications.
- Design and Construction of Bill Kirby Jetty pontoon system.
