- 125 Wet Berth marina
- 82m Long Waterfront Boardwalk
- Dry Stack Loading Platform
The Pelican Waters Marina has been designed as a boating paradise, providing 125 wet berths plus a dry stack facility. The 125 wet berths will be available in the Marina all with power, water, and full amenities to boat owners. The Marina and Marina Village is the crowning achievement for the award-winning estate which has already sold over 2,850 lots and continues to provide lifestyle opportunities rarely found in a coastal location.
Dane Morris, Steve Webb, Les Binkin, Hamish Turner & Jacob Morris formalise the marina agreement.
With the help of our loyal and experienced employees who know marinas, The Jetty Specialist will provide a 50-year design life for the new Marina project through our innovation in design. The concrete pontoon modules will be reinforced with Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) bar in lieu of steel. Unlike steel, GFRP does not corrode in saltwater, ensuring a long-lasting product.
The Jetty Specialist have been a trusted installer for residential pontoons in the Pelican Waters estate and are proud to have been awarded the design and construction of the New Marina. We look forward to helping provide our local community with a strong and safe marina to enjoy for years to come.
Construction for the new Pelican Water Marina is expected to be completed by Christmas 2021.
